This project improves the quality of life of 15 homeless people thanks to a job. The project tries:
- Improve your employability through training
- Empower them to regain their capabilities and safety
- Achieve their labor integration and social reintegration
- Raise awareness in companies through corporate volunteering and the hiring of diverse talent
It is designed to have a great impact in the short and long term in these people’s lives. It allows them to have a job that is much more than an occupation. It is a salary at the end of the month, a home, paying the bills and a plate of food. It is a place to go, where they are valued and respected. They are new social circles. It is feeling useful and part of the society for which they believed themselves invisible. It is living with dignity.
