The personal data you provide during registration or use of the website www.hpcharityday.com for participation in the event, consisting of your name, surname (s) and ID (hereinafter, the “Personal Data”) will be included in a data processing record owned by HP Printing and Computing Solutions SLU (HP) with registered office at Calle José Echegaray 18, Las Rozas, Madrid. Purpose and legal bases of data processing.
HP needs to process your personal data to manage and allow you to participate in the event “HP Barcelona Charity Journey 2021”: a project based on a solidarity initiative launched by HP to bring different NGOs together and the help provided to those most in need. The event will take place in July, August and September 2021 and various activities will take place with the involvement of HP staff. By checking the corresponding acceptance box, the processing of your personal data will be considered legitimate as you will have provided your consent for this purpose.
HP will only keep your personal data for up to 30 days after the end of the event, at which point it will be deleted.

A photocopy of your Spanish ID card or other equivalent identification document must be attached to your request, and it must contain the minimum information stipulated in the applicable regulations. If the request does not meet the specified requirements, HP may ask for it to be amended. There will be no charge for exercising your rights. In the event that you consider HP has processed your Personal Data in violation of the regulations, you are also entitled to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or corresponding control authority.

Recipients of Personal Data.
By checking the corresponding acceptance box, you authorise HP to transfer Personal Data to members of the HP Group and outside the country in which it was originally collected as long as such transfer is necessary in connection with the event.
