IMPORTANT: By registering for, participating in and allowing your minor child or children to attend the HP Charity Event, you consent to the following Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy:
Terms and Conditions Charity Journey and GaS Race 2023
- You understand this event may be recorded and that photos/screenshots of the Event activities may be taken by Event Coordinators.
- By electing to attend this Event, you give HP Inc. permission to use your or your minor child’s likeness (to include but not be limited to: photos, videos, etc. ) quotes, and/or interviews of yourself and/or the minor child(ren) for any legal use, including but not limited to publication on HP’s internal mediums such as company websites, online photo galleries, and/or publications.
You hereby authorize the child(ren)’s participation in the Event, and hereby release HP Inc, its affiliates and their trustees, directors, officers, employees and agents, from all manner of actions, causes of action, suits, losses, costs, expenses, damages, injuries and death, howsoever caused and whether arising by negligence or otherwise, out of participation in the Event.

Purpose: Managing your participation in the “HP Barcelona Charity Day 2023” event organized by HP (the “Event”), which will take place in October 2023. If provided, your gender and age will be used for statistical purposes. Personal data will be deleted 30 days after the end of the Event except for the personal data we are legally required to keep for a longer period of time.
Legal basis: Your consent
Rights: You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and your right to object through the form available here. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Recipients: Personal data may be transferred to third parties as long as such transfer is necessary in relation to the event and in accordance with applicable regulations.
